One of the most important questions you can ask yourself in life is when the right time to sell your house is.
There are various reasons as to when you should sell your house. In some cases, the time to sell your house depends solely on your financial situation at the time, or even your marital situation of the time.
Of course, the best time to sell your house is when you are in a seller’s market, and as the seller you can monopolize on the fact you are able to get the best price for your home, and have major authority on the process.
For example, if you look at the past few months you will see that there have been less people listing their homes, and as a result it pushed prices upward as many homes received multiple offers.
Now I am not going as far to say that we were in a seller’s market, but it was extremely close.
As we enter the new year and interest rates are at an all time low, the best time to put your house on the market is now. You might not be seeing multiple offers being made on your house, due to the fact that there will no longer be a lack of inventory as many homeowners will begin to put their homes on the market, but you will be sure to get a better price than compared to the previous year.
