Staging Tips: Removing the Clutter
When you are staging your home, it is important you remove any “clutter” before you put your house on the market.
Now, when I saw remove the “clutter”, by no means am I trying to be offensive; rather, begin to remove your personal belongings and put them away for storage.
Seeing as you are already moving, or preparing to move, there is nothing wrong with removing the items you will not be using in the near future.
Now, as you remove the “clutter” it will enable you do have much more freedom in what you want to with your house’s arrangement.
When the “clutter” is removed, you are enabling any potential buyers that walk through your house to easily envision living in the house, and how they might decide to put their furniture and belongings in the house.
When you remove “clutter”, by no means do you take out everything you own, unless by some chance the house you have bought, you have already moved into it.
Now on your kitchen counters, or any countertops as a matter of fact, try to keep them empty in order for buyers to see any space that would be available to them.
