In my experience of working in the service industry for the last 18 years, I have noticed that service providers consist of 2 different types, they are: ”Qualified” Service Providers and “Licensed” Service Providers…
When I say Licensed Service Providers, I’m talking about individuals who have completed the basic necessities to do a particular job, specifically Real Estate. The other group of Service Providers consists of individual Real Estate Professionals who rely on this business to survive and live, therefore they invest time, money, and energy into learning and experiencing what is necessary to give them the cutting edge sharpness that others don’t always possess.
Some questions I would like to pose to you, are:
1) Would you prefer a “Qualified” Real Estate Professional or a “Licensed” Real Estate Professional to handle hundreds of thousands of your hard earned dollars?
2) Considering the 80/20 rule, which means that 80% of Real Estate Professionals earn 20% of the existing business, whereas 20% of Real Estate Professionals earn 80% of the existing business. Knowing this, which Real Estate Professionals do you imagine get 80% of the results? The “Qualified” Real Estate Professionals or the “Licensed” Real Estate Professionals? In my experience I have noticed that the “Qualified” Real Estate Professionals get 80% of the existing business, leaving 20% for the licensed Real Estate Professionals!
I would advise all those doing their research and seeking a Real Estate Professional… Find out what “Qualifies” the Real Estate Professional to work with YOU!
Is it
A) That they are specialists in a specific service in the Real Estate Business?
B) That they come from the same community as you come from?
C) That they have decades of experience?
D) That they have kept up their practice through updated, cutting edge training?
E) Do they provide you with any sort of guarantee or anything that you can hold them accountable for?
Again, my question to you is are you seeking a “Qualified” or a “Licensed” Real Estate Professional???
