I heard it and you know when a light goes off in that 6-8 pound little brain of ours?  Yes, a light just turned on and I was able to see things in a different way than I had seen in a long time…

One of the things, the gentleman mentioned that had a great impact on me was the fact that success doesn’t come from us just learning about what we need to do, a second part of the equation is missing, when it comes to investing our money into vehicles such as Real Estate…  It is actually “DOING WHAT WE KNOW!”

A Real Estate Professional can give us all the necessary statistics and data in order for us to make a calculated decision, however if we don’t understand one part of our mind, which is:  Yes!  The Almighty EGO!!!

When the ego gets a hold of our actions, most of the time our logic is not allowed to turn into behaviour.  Our ego is the more selfish part of our mind and really enjoys and claims to need SAFETY, even if sometimes we are prepared to make a calculated decision and we know and believe we will be safe, but we don’t feel safe, our ego sometimes steps in and keeps us in the most comfortable spot in our lives, which is exactly where we are.

The ego doesn’t like change, and one thing is for sure:  CHANGE IS INEVITABLE!

This is where a Qualified Real Estate Professional possesses the skills to guide their client through the emotionally trying process of selling their sanctuary/home, or buying their NEW sanctuary/home effectively resulting in the YOU the client growing into a place which is closer to your dream or even potentially reaching your dream after years of hard work.

This process can only take place effectively if the Real Estate Professional is qualified through extensive on-going training and working the business on a full time basis.

The next step that is required from a professional stance is a system that allows for unique needs of every individual, while keeping in mind the end result and moving towards it objectively.  If a Real Estate Professional is involved in extensive training, can articulate a system that is used for all clients and takes individuality into consideration that Real Estate Professional will receive the opportunity to work with many individuals who will grow leaps & bounds through the Real Estate buying and selling experience!
