Before you begin searching for a home, you need to consider both your current and future needs.
Consider size requirements, such as the amount of bedrooms, bathrooms and garages. If you are newlyweds, and considering of having a baby in the near future, you need to find a home with at least 2 bedrooms, one being the nursery. Take into consideration the amount of space you will need to satisfy you current and future family.
You should also be considering if you want any special features in the home, such as a swimming pool or a fireplace in the master bedroom.
Consider anything and everything you will need now and in the future; the best way to go about this is to buy a home that meets most of your needs for the next 5 – 10 years, or a home that you can grow and change into what you need.
