Meeting with Prospective Landlords
This will set out the landlord’s point of view and let you know what the landlord can and cannot ask on a rental application. It will also explain what you can do to make a good impression when meeting your prospective landlords
Credit Check
What you will find here are what credit ratings are and what is involved in a credit check. This will also identify what you can do if you still want to rent despite having poor credit.
Sharing Accommodations
In this section you will find the important considerations that you should consider when including a roommate in your rental plans. This will give you the pros and cons of having a roommate.
As you can see, each of these topics will require further explanation and you will be able to find all of the information in the weeks to come.
