A current project occurring within Moose Jaw is the Multiplex project. Most people might already be informed of it; however there might be some people out there who have no idea what it is about.
For that reason alone, I will be discussing what the Moose Jaw Multiplex project is about.
The Multiplex project will be creating a place where the community can come together for fitness and fund. The facilities will be good for residents of Moose Jaw, not to mention the economy.
The multiplex design means that facilities will be flexible for a variety of uses. Some of the uses include, recreation and sport; concerts and entertainment; large scale tournaments; trade shows; community gathers, etc.
All of this will be accessible to all Moose Jaw residents.
Planning for the Multiplex project began in 2004; this was led by a grouped of Moose Jaw Residents who were eager to make Moose Jaw an even greater place to live, raise a family and conduct business in,
The Multiplex project will eventually become the recreational hear of Moose jaw as it brings people and the community together.
This project his supported by over 70% of Moose Jaw residents who voted in a 2006 plebiscite. A second plebiscite was help in February showing an increase in support.
