Realtor.ca has been part of the real estate industry for over 13 years, and it is now available for realtors and consumers on their mobile phones for the very first time.
Why is this significant?
Simply put, you will be able to access information wherever you are, with your mobile phone. This allows you to find information on a property at a moment’s notice, which is especially great for people who find a house while on an afternoon drive and want to read up the information on the house immediately.
The new beta version of mobile.Realtor.ca means that users can access a snapshot of property listings wherever they are.
Mobile.Realtor.ca version 1 has been designed to be used by both Realtors and consumers, no matter where they are, whenever they want to see information concerning a property they have seen.
The only downside with this, is that it is not designed for extensive searching of large areas or to search using a broad variety of criteria.
It is designed for a quick reference when people see a property and they want to know more about it immediately.
As mentioned before, this is especially great for homebuyers as they can access information quickly concerning a house they may have just seen and find out details that include the price, location, directions and selling agents information.
By knowing the price, a buyer can easily determine if they want to look further into the property or not.
The mobile version of Realtor.ca has been designed to function with Blackberry and Windows mobile operating systems.
To access the site, users must connect through beta.mobile.realtor.ca.
